...gement is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training not given to new joiners.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Right Now requirements Not long term vision, No plant upgradation, Salary date uncertain, Whole plant worked 28 consecutive days, including Sundays (got 2 holidays between) but not compensated. Uncertain increment / appraisal date.

No overtime money will be added in our salary.Safety norms are not being provided to the workers which lead to 2 major accidents in a calendar year. Please consider all the facts before you get employed in this branch.

No increment was provided for employees for the past 4 years, and the management won't keep their words. Unnecessary firing of employees are more often noticed.
