Neel auto is a group of companies of JBM .l love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Sometimes ,I have to work 12 -20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Neel auto private limited / Neel Metal is obviously a big group of Jbm , there are many things to learn . Many spm , weldshop , press shop. people are supportive.

Dislikes

In NMPL JBM HOSUR Increment is very less, location is very remote very few public transportation. People 95% speaks Tamil , in meetings also , as result it is very difficult for othrr state people to work there.

Likes

During my working session I felt all things like my teammates, company culture, working environment was good. I got proper training about my work and other useful works.The company management and staffs were flexible.

Dislikes

There was no any travel facility given by the company this was the biggest problem for the worker which has not any own travel source to reach the plant. And one of the biggest thing to say most of the apprentice person didn't getting promotion by sallery or post.

Working environment not healthy & cheapest people on higher level & also dirty politics & corruption in plant.

I hve worked 6 years in this group. I m sure that this is the worst plant of JBM group I have never suggest for this company to my known .

You could get lot of exposure here as you have to deal with customer and other department from the first day itself. Lot of learning opportunity are there

Dislikes

There is no salary increment, top level management and HR departments are worst. No transparency and coordination between departments.
