I am working in two years above this company. And working time was good. This company located in hills station (Nilgiris district) thats have only good to every people because no one IT companies or any other industry not located at there. Company incorporated over the 75 years and running successfully also.

It was a good place & happy to work with Needles. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

There is no job security due to proprietary concern. Because of the fear of job security, most of the staff were working in a disciplined manner, punctual and responsible.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
