about job security at necterlifesciences is average,work culture is very poor and management behavior is very rude specially HR team who was working in 2019.

about learning, company has very good environment to learn, 👌good salary, innovation also but not very good team to motivating the employee. as per my personal experience about politics, HR manger along with their team behaviorally was very bad they have not good ideas that how to motivate the employee, n" they have thousands of ideas to demoralize/demotivate the employee. They did not finalize my full and final dues since 2019 to till date.

...e the experienced one didn’t want to join the organisation with zero benefits. No salary hikes, no positive work culture, no cooperative boss, no learning. Nectar unit 1,2 Derabassi is full of illiterate peoples.

Honestly,.i spent one year as a GET. The atmosphere is average & Salary is very low for BE student.. I have seen,..the illiterate person get more Salary than a BE student.. There are too many things thats really really disappointing...they take labour work from graduate person in the name of apprentice..in very low salary,... Really really disappointing... There are lots of things..which can't possible here to explain...but i wouldn't recommend any body to come here.. Take your decision wisely. All the best for your future.

... company otherwise there are no annual increments in nectar for last five years. Employees are working at same salary for last many years.

No increments in nectar for last five years. No promotions. Man power is also not skilled. Salaries are low Mostly they do manipulation regarding product quality. They mostly hired freshers in some departments considering low salaries. These freshers also run away from nectar within few months.

I m doing job in nector lifesciences unit 6 jharmajri . The company environment is so good, they provide us to upgrade our skill in any section.

There is no apreasal or increment is given by company till 4 years ... My salary is so poor... And there is no hope of apreasal in this year .. Every body is waiting for the apreasal....
