...aning words specially with women staff. Every month 4-5 employee joins & resign. They offer higer salary w.r.t previous organization but actual realization is always 25-30% less less as they never settle account, salary after last paid salary, deductions done ( statutory / flexible) & never give any releiving letter. Yours statuatory & other deductions are never deposited & paid. Salary is paid 1-2 months delays to employees to whom company wanted to work else they do not pay nor ask for resignation for months. It is like working in a hell. Every days their vendors are doing MC / BC or giving threating calls who ever picks the call as MD never respond on. All department & officials are only puppet. Suggest never join this company & better compromise in salary & work with other organization.

I dislike everything. All powers are with MD (who some time poses himself as Sanjay Agrawal - Commercial Head, when speak on phone to customers / dealers) . Their is no delegation even to hightest level employee. MD wants that his employees should work minimum 11-12 Hours a day excluding travel time. He keeps on demanding unnecessay reports in various format & keep changing formats every week just to keep work pressure. His targets for every departments are always unrealistic ( 3-4 times of actually achievable) & then abuse people with MC, BC, Ga*n*u

Not supporting Director and HR meri 42 days ki salary nahi di in logo ne abhi tak or MD prashant Shrivastava ne mujhe call pe bola ki nahi dunga salary tujhe jo karna h karle. Ye Language prashant Shrivastava ne use ki mere liye yha tak ki mere rehte hue meri hi post pe kisi or ladki ko appoint kar liya or mujhe company ke gate se hi bahar kar diya fir mujhse resignation letter ki dimand kar rahe the MD plus HR vale so meri salary abhi tak release nai ki

This is the top worst company. Owner is totally sick mind person and every time abusing to everyone like MC BC C...Ya. Your future will be finished if you join this company

Every time Salary overdue two months and if you leave this company in any situation, your 1 or 1.5 month salary will hold. Already 200 people's salary hold from 3-4 years

Unorganised company, PF deduction but not submitted to PF Department No timing for salary, this is the organisation which can not service, it will be closed 🔒 with in some months Management dose not have manners to talk to employees, they are doing business without fund, they don't have money to submit PF amount, management, they don't want to make payment of salary of their employees.
