Almost no salary hikes With the hikes you can't even buy yourself a KG of peanuts. This is the level of hikes they provide. Only the higher management gets all the hikes. The juniors are ignored even if they have done enough to satisfy the KRA and gone beyond their KRA. The offer letter only mentions 9-5 it's actually 9-9.

There is no opportunity for growth and learning. There are certain projects where everything has become stagnant and no further opportunities are offered. On one end higher management regularly takes on-site trips meanwhile other people are offered peanuts in terms of appraisal and increments. There are no perks or benefits Terrible management who look just after themselves and are insecure about their place.

A project was moved to NEC software solutions in 2020. Everything i gave better rating is coz of Project I was part of, and project managers/leads here.

...afeteria. There is no cafeteria and no good food outlets in walkable distance. Salary and benefits are very low. They provide hike with condition (like retention bonus). They change any year in any way for each person without prior notice. No fixed salary structure as per band or level. For promotions mangers have to fight like dogs with higher level management. recently started fun activities but everything after 6pm (working hours). NEC higher management people didn't put enough efforts to make NEC Bangalore people like they are part of NEC software solutions. It made me feel like I am just part of the project and not NEC Employee. Overall experience was worse which made me quit at any cost.

Work life balance and salary structure. NEC has the worst salary structure and they would be just looking at ways to deduct your salary. And the worst part is they would take back all the bonus amount and hike given at the time you put down your papers! Like why do you even have to give a hike and bonus if you want to take it back!! And all this would be hidden and not told at the time of joining!

The company has all the wrong policies in place. They have added a component of monthy bonus in salary structure which they retrieve if you resign at any point. And any hikes given in appraisal are firstly measly and are added to the monthly bonus which in the end is retrieved if you resign. They have no official internal website for employee management for like payroll and everything.
