They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"

Managers are selfish and worthless. Ineffie Managers are creating NEC worst place to work.
