Everything is good about NEC wrt Management, Salary, Work life balance etc

The worst part is that they don't have much technical projects. Therefore its definitely a disk if your project is going to end soon or you are in bench.

> Favorism and office politics > Even after overtime, salary not credited for many employees and each one had to fight for 2-3 month > No trasparency and they will not listen > worst organization to work with

For me, everything except salary and employee' skill level is good here. Only few tech leads have good skills, but most of the people are just here because of experience.

Salary is far less than standards.
