Highly work pressure by senior level They don't have any idea regarding ground level reality Senior level want results but not help for resolve Distributor or retailers issues Claim submitted but not passed by manager when your targets not achieved Too much poorness in portal not change mindset other compititor companies update services but they believe lying and earn money from rural areas

Its an amazing place to work. You get hands on experience in various facets of your domain, challenging assignments, great co - workers & its my pleasure to work with a great mentor. The flexibility and familial atmosphere in the company makes one extremely comfortable to work.

Dislikes

Pay grades could be better and while the work is exciting, one needs to respect personal time boundaries.

There is no job security ,organization cant afford salary even two three months,distributor not going to invest,than SM has to invest money from salary.

Management intimate your performance from first month.nothing is like things in company.

The work life balance was decent. Their leave policy isn't bad either. The company takes efforts in pulling in feedbacks from their employees on how they can be more people friendly. The things are quite relaxed, people are more or less humble ( though there are exceptions). They used to offer free lunch before covid. The company has been in wfh and plan to stay the same.

Dislikes

Career growth is nil. There are no amazing Innovative projects , you can end up doing the same task for years. Things are getting pretty unorganised which leads to increased work pressure. There has been huge resource crunch which has been impacting work life Balance lately. This isn't a typical product company and technology isn't at centre of the companies growth.
