Saturday Sunday off. Salary on time.

Dislikes

No Vision, No leadership quality in management, No fixed Program, No strategy . Management Working on experiments basis. Every time they try to change something. Lots of politics. Non competent staff. People could not work for long time. My 3 teammates left job within 4 months . Don't join its just waste of time.

No strategy, No vision, No fixed programs, No leadership, No direction. management work on trial and experiment basis. incompetent team leader and could not handle team due to this all 3 team members left company within 6 months. .Management can change stratergy on weekly basis. sometimes on daily basis
