At first, HR said you will get fixed salary as discussed in second round of interview. After joining, after 3 months, HR told that you will get salary on your weightage, that means, how much you work full day,on that you will get salary. And this was not told by my HR in interview rounds. Nothing! Second thing is their timings, on job portal, they had mentioned 8am-6:30pm and saturday-sunday fixed off but after joining they didn't took much time to highlight their true colors. We come by 8am but log out by 7:30pm, that is almost 12 hrs a day. Job security is not there for sure and of all these reasons they have walk in interview for 12 months because I didn't see one person employed there for more than 3 months. They just took salary and vanished. It's like prison.

Good experience. Can gain entry level experience. Management is supportive & transparent. Teammates are very supportive. Company owned guest & lunch facilities.

Dislikes

There is a lot to learn which helps for career growth but not so much growth in salary segment. There is a 2 years & 6 months bond which you cannot resign. Work life will take control over social life, that means unstable work - life balance.

Nothing. They haven't supported me during covid 19. They have frighten me regarding my salary. I, my wife and my son 10 years have suffered a lot because of financial and depression. Some people must take strict actions on the company's people. We have begged for money from 4 months without salary. The condition we have faced but haven't died.

Dislikes

People are very intolerable. Instead of supporting us during this covid 19 they harress us by threaten of not giving salary. But due to God grace, I, my wife and my son have died. If possible I shall announce the name of those people who have threaten. Please allow me to announce the names. Bcoz, I have died then nobody have known about the suicide.

...rowth. the innovative approaches to technology are always valued and recognized. other than this, there is excellent compensation and fulfilling employment. good packages, employee benefits, and regular training make this place worth working. i am thankful to my teammates and employers for their support.

There is huge work pressure that takes long hours of work.

...learn and new tools for client satisfaction. this will in further career growth. the best part is that we receive a timely bonus and increment, which makes us dedicate our skills.

There is no flexible timing. also on many occasions, we are made to work during festivals too.
