The salary and appraisals can be made much better. Also at times there can be a lack of transparency from the management side.

I found that a very supportive and homely teammates are the backbone of NDZ. The company gives time and space for each and every person which I personally felt it increased my efficiency. Thank you NDZ for taking care of me and for making me a part of NDZ family

The major problem I am having is with the salary I get each month. I work almost everyday from morning to late night, Therefore it sometimes adversely affect me as the salary given is not enough for the work I do and that's a lot of pressure for me.

Likes

Every aspect of the company is good. Hr management, work culture, work-life balance. In simple words this is a company which consider you as a member of the family.

Dislikes

Every company has their own politics but as politics is not my cup of tea, not much a fan of it. Clearly saying I actually don’t understand the aspects of it.

The directors. They are always hardworking and passionate

Dislikes

Bloody internal politics is happening there. Some higher officials are doing anything to save their favourite persons. If they don't like you, they will treat you like a like slumdog, tag you 'good for nothing. Even you are a hardworking person, they never accept it. They will say these all are waste. If you want to grow personally and professionally, please leave this company. Otherwise, you have to fight.

As a fresher it is good to work there but, as time goes you will be stagnating in your career.

Dislikes

The top management doesn't care about smaller employees, they only listen to the top level employees. They will only give benefits and salary increment is only given to selected people.
