This company is taking very good care ofbthe employes and providing all the basic and advanced facilities like accomodation,food,medical facilities,salary on time and work load is very less . It is a catering company with morethan 70 outlets.

NDC (Presently known as ADNOC DRILLING) was one of the companies of ADNOC Group. But its culture / respect was inferior to ADCO & ADMA. Initially NDC used to provide Annual Air Tkt (to & fro), Electric Bill etc. Which they discontinued for no valid reason. Promotion depends upon one's relationship with the Boss rather than one's competency. NDC spent lot of money for Training purposes with improper promotion process. My suggestion is, NDC should give promotion to its employees through Written Test and Oral Interview by Third party.

Dislikes

We were forced to work on Weekends with NO FINANCIAL BENEFITS or COMPENSATORY OFF. Such practice I never saw before.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
