Dislikes

...oducts are legacy products and you don't get to learn much. Perks are the worst. No annual bonus, no performance bonus, no stocks. Health insurance scheme is by far the worst in NCR. Average hikes. Promotion will take time even if you are a good performer.(and also depends on the manager)

NCR always binds employs with the salary but it lags in skill growth of individuals. As it's a product based company u should accept the fact that there will be nothing new to develop. U'll fix product customer's bugs and add new features accordingly. If you look for a better package then go for it.

Good process oriented. One can gain knowledge end to end while product development/ project completion.

Salary is average for PS. No proper requirement gathering by BA. Developers get all the blame if something goes wrong. Management also inefficient compared to dev community.

NCR is worst company to work for. Peoples manager's are the worst part of this useless company, They enjoy the salary just by boasting about non-sense shared values which no one will follow. These people call themselves incredible doing some time waste in innovation labs
