The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology and read the latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base as a result I get the travel abroad especially.but onsite travel is completely dependent on your project and client location mine is your project and client ask client and they have some office in another plus point is that my colleagues come from Dallas cultural background and we work happily in collaboration I also like the employee we hire policy here.

Dislikes

compensation is innocent but growth is slow the work pressure is very I sometimes I have to work for 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night manager do not value and individual to individual unique strength which why I have to take that my suggestions most of the times I don't receive appreciation email from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals which is why I have to take back my suggestion master of the time I do receive appreciations UN from my clan but the mostly go and not storing my Media operations also there is no on the train for pressure and senior Fox like we have to them step-by-step which which a pain sometimes.
