Namesake appraisal meetings. The boss expect us to be grateful for the job opportunity and the pay they are giving us. Boss with full of ego, fakeness and zero technical skill. Just appreciates and promotes communication skill. Lot of favoritism when it comes to appraisals and promotions. Only the bootlickers can get promoted as managers and team leads. Your technical skills and project contributions matters less. Good employee's will get frustrated due to this toxic culture. 3 months notice period policy.

Working at Ncompass Techstudio has become one of the most disheartening experiences of my career. The environment is incredibly toxic, primarily due to the overinflated ego of the COO. Expressing any sort of opinion or idea is met with blatant disregard, and instead of fostering an open and collaborative atmosphere, the leadership stifles creativity and punishes those who dare to speak up. Despite the long working hours and hard work, there is no recognition or appreciation. The HR department, rather than being supportive resource, seems more interested in meddling in day-to-day operations, adding unnecessary stress and complications to an already difficult workplace. The only saving grace at this company are two senior software developers who genuinely understand the challenges we faced and tried to support us as much as they could. Unfortunately, their efforts were constantly undermined by the COO's poor leadership and refusal to listen to anyone but themselves. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. The lack of respect for employees, combined with a toxic culture driven by egotistical management, makes it a deeply unpleasant place to work.

NCompass is a great place to join as a fresher. The support from the company is incredible, and the training offers great exposure and learning opportunities. The team is also very supportive and always willing to help.
