They take bride from the new recruiters to bring them on their roll this bribe starts from 1.5lakhs per employee, then once the employee is on their roll the DMRC station supervisors take bride from the employees to allot them shifts on the station, a mere Rs.2000 to Rs.3000 bribe from a poor employee who barely earns Rs.15-18k a month. A pathetic company.

I don't like this job because penalty is more and very pressure of work during working time and penalty without any reason

Misbehave, not good work , demands of money every time and every year for new joining and renewal of identity card and no any holiday if we will take any holiday then 800 rs per day penalty
