Lot of politics and no proper management. No career growth, no increment, no appreciation. Only keep on working 24/7 without tiring. Worst experience ever.

Earlier during Chairman and MD Mr. Ravikumar the Exchange was having a very open work culture and he openly used to ask each employee personally on any issues faced with reporting authorities and any other departments. Currently the political atmosphere has taken over and wooing your superior without openly discussing the problem is prevalent which is not a good sign as it induces fear and job dissatisfaction on honest employees. Now entire culture has become political.

Dislikes

Politics are at the helm and they target individuals who are honest and upright in openly criticizing the wrong doers or who are straight forward and fearless in portraying to the management about any process which are not properly managed.

Friendly and supportive reporting managers and co-workers. They listen to the problems we face and provide proper guidance

Dislikes

Frequent and lengthy meetings and lot of meetings in a particular day which can be optimized further. The role involves extensive travelling, proper transportation facilities should be provided or arranged

Job security was also pivotal because we need to learn n get the work done as per own dicision n work culture as well has a significant aspect of being success Iim your Jo naam

Nothing special I had that I dislike as from a junior trainee going to level up n up is something self explanatory.
