Too much of work load with over working period. No growth, no appreciation, no work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Earlier during Chairman and MD Mr. Ravikumar the Exchange was having a very open work culture and he openly used to ask each employee personally on any issues faced with reporting authorities and any other departments. Currently the political atmosphere has taken over and wooing your superior without openly discussing the problem is prevalent which is not a good sign as it induces fear and job dissatisfaction on honest employees. Now entire culture has become political.

Politics are at the helm and they target individuals who are honest and upright in openly criticizing the wrong doers or who are straight forward and fearless in portraying to the management about any process which are not properly managed.
