...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

NCC is one of the best corporation were I feel what is Independent self working calture it is really satisfactory got when some critical woke done by me and got lot of appreciate with our top mangement over all if I say it is meke a real project manager who control every thing without any pressure so it is not wrong.

For regarding increment I can not say it is dislike but depends on situation last 3 years we can't get a good increment because of COVID.

Good learning and skill development, but no work culture. Engineers are act as like supervisor, because they provide no supervisor and all works done himself

Actually i am working as a junior engineer under sub-contractor of NCCL.in this company I learned many things like gls work,segment lifting, gluing, temporary tressing of beam,stressing,grouting,and gls dismolding etc.now i am learning lg errection,our senior engineers are very helpful sometimes they teach me how to work.i also do contractor bill.i like this company because i learened many things from this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow for materials problem,thatswhy sometimes we have to stay idle,and i dont like to stay idle,and there is no fixed time of duty.
