It's good experience working in Ncccl.i has learned many things here and a excellent company to work as a fresher to get a tremendous site related experience......suggesting for all site engineer work here....you can able to get good skill in decision making,leadership,labour management and etc......

Ncccl company was time being it's ok but long term is not possible

Dislikes

1.payment delay labour and staff 3 month working one month salary given the company 2.No quality and safety maintenance. 3.No increment yearly 4.No promotion at 5 years candidate working person. 5.Holiday & Sunday leave not given management.

... No Job security, Bad work culture, Poor Management, They see their own profits. Delay employee salary, Cut Contractor payment , they use cheap raw materials, They tell lie to contractor about rates. Be careful from V Hegde.

Worst company, no Job security, No training, no career growth, late salary, bad politics, no learning, bad work environment, no innovation, no work life balance, No.1 fraud, poor management, they need only profits by cutting salary, delayed slalary, cut contractor payment, use cheap low quality material, 3rd class, Be carefy from V Hegde.

When i am working in NCCCL, our client is GOOGLE and BAGMANE. so Company forced for following the safety culture. NCCCL is very old and ISO certified company.

Dislikes

...lowing. Company not following the same rules and cultures in their each sites. Salary deduction is more ( Employer PF deducted from employee salary) Salary is not timing Third quality PPEs and materials provided and also deducted amount from sub contractors bill. Work load and timing is very more ( more than 12 hours - no OT allowance)

The company policies are good,co-ordination among the subordinates were good, good management, there is no job security.

Work satisfaction - Excellent

...t doesn't address our issues.There was nobody to address issues,at site level.Salary is modurate but there is no career grouth.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
