It's good experience working in Ncccl.i has learned many things here and a excellent company to work as a fresher to get a tremendous site related experience......suggesting for all site engineer work here....you can able to get good skill in decision making,leadership,labour management and etc......

Not a good salary when compared to work pressure and staff facility also not good.these things has to be improved so that people will love to work here......

Ncccl company was time being it's ok but long term is not possible

1.payment delay labour and staff 3 month working one month salary given the company 2.No quality and safety maintenance. 3.No increment yearly 4.No promotion at 5 years candidate working person. 5.Holiday & Sunday leave not given management.

Work environment is good and we have good supporting team in our project team and well guidance , and lockdown time we are safe in our house, but after lockdown ( @ present) most off NCCCL staffs lots their jobs , this is bad thing in NCCCL

I have 2 year experience their is no hike in salary and after lockdown time poor job security and please give me chance to work whos lots their jobs after lockdown time (covid -19 )

...good . No job security, no increment . No bonus , nothing No appointment letter. Salary date very late 2 or 3 month delay. Simply waste of time. My no reliving letter. No experience letter. Working time is 15 to 16 hours a day. Sunday also no leave. If you want leave they give permission I am asking leave Sunday Project manager. No leave per your sike leave and annual leave. Worst Project manager. Not give labour and material but ask when will complete work they ask every time give pressure . My kind advice if you join the company , your life will spoil. At Bangalore projects.

... No Job security, Bad work culture, Poor Management, They see their own profits. Delay employee salary, Cut Contractor payment , they use cheap raw materials, They tell lie to contractor about rates. Be careful from V Hegde.

Worst company, no Job security, No training, no career growth, late salary, bad politics, no learning, bad work environment, no innovation, no work life balance, No.1 fraud, poor management, they need only profits by cutting salary, delayed slalary, cut contractor payment, use cheap low quality material, 3rd class, Be carefy from V Hegde.
