1. No Work life balance. 2. Mostly working on holiday and weekly off and for that compensation in terms of leave adjustment. 3. Working beyond defined working hours on regular basis. 4. Work poltics.

Don't join in "Electrical Division" of this company, You will never be recognise for your work performance. Much office politics, Seniors from corporate office always black mail you for achieve Target, blame for small small misteks. Less increment every time. More than 12 hours duty time. Sometimes Sunday is also duty day. Safety at site level is very less.

...I won't like this .and intime not giving increment .they followed old policies. New people will get good salary but old people not get that salary for same designation.

1st of all NCC Ltd is a good org. Job Security is very good.U may get good increment every year if you have a good relation with your telegu senior.

No work life balance, Salary is not regular in time, Site safety is not as per standard, Last but not the least telegu dominance is too much that is ver negative mind state for a company which promote his home state people only.
