There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.

Good team well cooperated and nice working skills and learning how to working on site level well, We hope carrier growth will be nice , salary increments not so much hike only .02% hike last two years but when joining hike salary thew have well future good supporting of company management.

...enior GM then instead of the incharge, the supervisor has to attend the meeting.Despite my salary being low, I have been given as much work load as is given to employees who earn three times more salary than me.

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..
