One of the wrost Company i have ever seen in my 6 year experience. There is no management infact no one knows meaning of management. And talking about project incharge they are duffer, uneducated, unskilled. 30 years of experience employees way of talking, management is just like Zero.

Dislikes

Everything, Salary after 3 month, working hours minimum 14 to 16 hours per day, no respect of employees.

Likes

Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Dislikes

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).

The above ratings i have given based on Electrical Division. But in Civil Building and Water Division Growth is Well and Promotion with Increments also Superb

Dirty Politics and Partiality in Promotions and Increments. No Career Growth Programs and Workshop trainings for Site People's and no any Confidential Policy regarding Pay and Increments at Site Level. Also no proper recognition for talented old employees who is working more than 5 years. Working with Toxic minded team members, will affects actually talented peoples ideas. Travel Policies and Relocation Rules and Expenses

Salary structure is lower compared to the industry. During increment, individual performance does not matter some times.

There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.
