New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. They’re very good at blackmailing, writing fake reviews and taking advantage of people in the name of work

I was an intern and if you are going to join, be prepared to do the job of full time employees who watch YouTube all day, b*tch about each other and blame everything on you. If you will survive only if you can soft talk to the CEO otherwise be ready to get fired if you take a sick leave. 10 hours of Working hours. You are being recorded, watched on CCTV 24/7, your conversations are recorded. Be prepared for the worst. HR is useless, there are no policies in place, you will never be converted to full time either because they love taking advantage of you. You will have to be nice to one lady or you will be fired.
