The only advantage is that they pay the salaries on time. The only redeeming quality for the company in my opinion.

Dislikes

The work culture is like a black company, they expect you to work and die for the company without any kind of compensation. Expect to see tons of favoritism from the upper 'brass'. Expect to see that some people who do nothing get all the credit for your work. Also do not think to rise in the ranks as only the pets of the management will get that advancement. Without any 'supporters' in the HO, don't even think you'll be heard. The worst issue is however, the job security, the HO terminates any one who the upper management dislikes even a little. Apparently there are only a very few irreplaceable employees.

1,Freedom to work 2,Good for freshers, junior level candidates 3, If you are a south indian especially keralite, you will get a big advantage in all manner. 4, Accomadation for engineers are good

Dislikes

1,Low salary, if you have a good reference eventhough 0 experienece your salary will be good 2,Politics, high level politics, especially keralite senior level staff. 3, They will recruit for temoprary basis, terminate you for no reason and replace you with their permanent staff from kuwait so local transfer people please think twice, because you will loose your job within 6-8 months 4, Low salary and no increment.

... the employees are coming through reference and there is no overtime for staffs. When we joining time company management will tell every year salary increment and bonus but every body will not get and annual vacation not give properly

Food and accommodation, HR Management, No increment, No bonus, No appraisal, No promotion, No Air Tickets, only fixed amount for air ticket No desert allowance, No proper transportation to visit city side

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
