Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Salary not paid. Poor management HR changed daily (rotational). (Because we are asking salary) No proper teams. Positive reviews posted forcefully by the management NO EMPLOYEES WORK More than 3 months. Because of not getting salary. Except 4 to 5 members.

Nothing good is there except you will get hired easily.

The company is nothing but scammer group. They hired and take harrassed employee once employees start objections they stop salary. Its cycle goes on with new employees.

There is no aspect of this company to be liked, they are scammers and most of the comments on social media and platforms are from their own employees.

Dislikes

This company is an ultimate scam. They do not provide you salary properly and force the employees to resign without giving any benefits. They hire you, make you work for them but you always have to beg for the salary - which even is very less. None of the employees are paid the correct salary at the right time.
