Had great teammates to work with.. All of us worked hard over and above what was asked of us.. They don't pay salaries on time.. It got to an extent where they stopped paying salary for three months.. This organisation has the highest attrition rate across all departments from managerial staff to clinical staff..

Dislikes

They dont fulfil the basic necessities of any employee.. SALARY!!! They don't pay you salary on time.. most of the times it's delayed by three to four months..

Nothing to like. Worst experience of life. They hire you on little high CTC but don't pay. And when you leave, remaining payment is never done.

No payments on time. After leaving organization, remaining amount is never paid. Nobody listens to employees problems.

...and Senior Doctors and other staff is very good and very humble specially CMD. Good salary hike.

I don’t have any problem with the management or CMD and board of directors but there were one thing was very bad that Your HOD is everything. If HOD told or write that, my employee is not good at work or not humble with their colleagues, management was believed on that false information. I have a very bad experience regarding this.

...ber 2019. I joined here as a quality analyst and it was the worst decision ever. They didn't provide us salary from March month. We all were working from home but they are saying they don't have funds which is complete excuse. they the charging very high for admission of Covid 19 patients but they don't have money for their employees.During the pandemic situation also they are not supporting us.

I simply don't like a single thing about Nayati Healthcare. They hold employee salary without any reason for 2- 3 months.I guess it is a fake company. Owner of the company don't want to pay money to their employees who are working very hard for them. There is no job security. Useless management,useless director and useless owner. I request all the people not to join this company at any cost.

...e. There were no career growth opportunity. I worked there with full dedication. They hold my four months salary. Expect last 4-5 months rest experience was good but nayati is not trustable organization. They do exploitation of his employees. No support during lockdown period. Every employee are facing problem from hospital side but no one supporting them.

Exploitation of employee, instead of patient, money is priority.
