    Firstly they will trap you once join the company buy forcing you to buy a car and they name it as safety policy and we care for employees safety etc etc .The cars which fit under the scope are above 20 lakhs ,so the employee is locked untill he finds a better payment than the current or job. After few months of joining if you do chamchagiri then you will survive or else they will start pressurising you and give unnecessary work which is irrelevant like they will ask you to collect photos of all retail outlets and mail and only possible way is to mail from your phone to Outlook mail. They will arrange meeting sor follow. Up at night . They have tied up with few partners which do not sell and force employees and franchisees to push the product example they tied up with MobiKwik which doesn't have any presence and no ease of convience using at dealer end or customer end .They have made it mandatory and forcing franchisee and customer to do You have to travel every day start exactly by 9 but not to start return before 7 pm everything is monitored by Vts Fitted to your car which they give emi untill you work Car will be on your name but you cannot drive as you require everything is governed by company Your boss will know where you are at any point of time working day or non working day because of VTs fitted. There is 0 skill development, only skill you will develop is buying time

Not open for innovative out of the box or innovative thinking very typical and stereo type working atmosphere. No work - life balance at all. Its offensive not to entertain official communication after work hours or on official holidays or leaves. Superiors will cry to sanction leaves always. There is no learning
