The job is secure in most conditions, every now and then HR comes with a solution to compensate or reward innovators or good performers. When I was still working the training and learning sections were going through a major revamp, and hopefully, now it would be excellent. Promotions and growth path is almost certain and preplanned, sometimes good opportunities knock the door for external training as well.

...e team members enough. Lot of groups and bias right up to the senior management. Very low compensation at that time.

tsm greatly disturbs the time of salary and timing of attendance report. * Report will be sent. No, they avoid approving TA allowance and end up withholding money. I have had a very bad experience.

Work life balance is pretty good and so is the salary. The work culture leaves a lot to be desired especially the systems and processes at times are prohibitive for any initiative.

The decision making is not effectively delegated and most times one will find stuck in the labyrinth of trivial compliances.

Work Culture, Regionalism high and toxic politics , favouritism in promotion,rating for local state(region),outside state employees being targeted and highlighted on very small mistake and other side big mistake been hided if local. Talent retention and talent value zero in every aspect, Management don't want to listen whether whistleblower and hr toll free All these negative points only for marketing s&d Refinary devision is super good
