there is no job curity at all. and they can deduct your salary without any reasons. there is no career growth, because you are overburdened to handle abny other workshops

Teammates are good but only the junior staff, no job security, career growth is impossible, mostly salaries are delayed and salary cut-off rate is more, spying is more and innovation is less.
