Dislikes

Working hours which need to be 8 hours for operation and maintenance is 12 hours and salary timing is not fox some time get after 2 month

...ing my 6months experience in this company,my workplace was at Karwar, Karnataka. First thing salary was not getting time to time.Every 4months they payble me one month salary.Salary was not getting right time.Management was not good found during my experience .They are payble employees salary only advance basis.

Salary is not time to time.And duty hour also 12 to 14hours.

Something to be improved like. site accommodation for staff and separate mess according to category. 2nd things Experience and old staffs need to be countinue work for long time.
