New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Being a assessment company which mainly works with gvt sectors the salary can be a bit delayed but it will be in the same month with delay of mostly 4-5 days.

Staff talk politely.

Dislikes

They never give Salary time. Mostly Employees facing this critical condition. I am also waiting for my complete payment which is pending since more then 1.5 years. Totally worthless. So I never recommend this company .

WORST EXPERIENCE. Company never Pay Salary or amount timely. Mostly they hire freelance employees and delay their payments months and years. Company's management very poor. I joined this company in 2021year but my payment is still pending . SO I NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

During lockdown From July, August, September onwards No salary given.. Kept Employees on Loss Of Pay. No support at all during Covid19 full loss of lives, should change job during this period, disappointed of joining here.
