Nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Navneet Education is a useless and exploitative company towards its employees. If you work in it, you will not get any time-sir except salary. For example, if you are a salesman, the company is very shy in giving you your petrol expenses. And if you resign from the company, the company will consider your fnf as its property and give it to you. Besides, every person in the company who is your boss also has a double policy. No work done in Navneet.

...from this management is approachable, they treat employees like family members. Employees are provided with free food and salary is always released on time

Management should think of inclusion of young enthusiastic employees considering bright future of the brand and also 5 day working week.

Didn't really have a good experience. Some know about other departments, but my department was insecure and lot of politics. I was from Ed tech dept. Hr policies differed person to person

Company support every employee, stop out of station visit till covid, company given salary without any deduction.

Dislikes

Senior behaviour not good regarding payments collection( RSM) label, due to rudely behaviour of senior maximum business associates unhappy as per company nature.

From salary to appraisal to the culture. Is very rigid. Co - workers are good. But higher management and middle level management has politics. Very gender biased. Male dominance at the top level.
