There is nothing to like about this. One thing you can do is, if you don't have a job, you can join this company and pass the time; that's a good thing. Just come waste your time and learn what to not do life.

Everything, I'll start with management and then discuss hierarchy, as they don't have one here. Ill start from Bottom. First Pinkal Jogani actually he is a joker who is running this company, he is a type of person where he can terminate you for any reason, he don't have any sense how to speak with the employees, even if your a new joinee he and all the top management will expect results within few days and he words with employees are (chtya hai kya, fk you I don't care I want results, who are you, you are just a employee, we can hire more employees if you leave we don't care. Etc.. If you join this company just for fun, meet him once; he is funny. And one thing, if he scares you and you don't get scared, he will get even more angry; he is an idiot.) although he is a owner, all the people here consider him as a joker including the VP of the company Hiren Rajput everyone, everyone speaks bad behand everyone, on this point I'll come to hierarchy. Hierarchy : 1. Pinkal 2. Hiren speaks badly about Jogani and 3. Likewise, Annie, who is a trusted person of Jogani and Rajput, also speaks badly about them both. This person doesn't know anything about the operation and decision-making but knows how to play games on mobile. She is always on her mobile and also plays useless games in the office. This is a type of hierarchy that this company has. I don't want go further. Conclusion This is not a company this is a circus and Pinkal Jogani is the Joker. I read one comment were he compared the company with lala ki dhokan, but I must say lala ki dhokan has humanity.. And regarding the workspace it's already covered in other comments by other people. And I'm writing this in my free time when I got a notification from Naukri.com. Just want everyone to know who is looking for job don't waste your time in this worthless company. I recommend to join this company only in your free time and don't have anything to do like just like I'm writing this comment..

The main positive point of this is company is that there is proper week off

There is less leaves compare than other organization we get our paid leaves after completing one year before that only 6 sicks leaves that to 1leaves after 2 months

Most pathetic company ever work . Don't join this company the owner of the company behave like lala ki dukhana at international level. No manners how to behave with employees specially with female employees. Pinkal jogani is real message of the company
