It's a Chinese company and Overall experience is ok, not so good not so bad. Company feels like LaLa but it's MNC. If you don't have Job then it's good to work with NIPL. Only Best things is company Focuses on trainings.

Dislikes

Everywhere politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth based on your oiling and buttering. Work life balance is worst you have to work untill it's gets finished.

You will get high Salary & Increment. Some Policies like Long Term incentive services & special bonus are good. Improving skills of their engineers & Above lines through many development plan. HR is good but you will not get support in some cases due to lack of freedom from factory head.

Dislikes

Some Senior Management Employees behavior is not good, means totally bad for their down the line employees. Required more focus on work life balance, Peoples are working more then 8 to 10 Hours due to huge fluctuation in Material planning. Monthly communication meeting with operator level is missing in this organization. You will not get respect from the factory manager. Chinees people are allowed to sleep in factory for 1 Hours but this rules not implemented on Indian Employees.

...ality is below average. No culture activities no outing and no any get together. Yearly appraisal and salary increments are not as per expected.

Overall, Navitasys India Pvt Ltd is a company in which as an Engineer you can get Good Salary with so much Hectic Work but still so less for Skill Development. Less people talk about Skill and Logic. But most people just do Leg Pulling of Others.

Dislikes

Very Bad Work Culture. No Inter Departmental Relation at all. People Fight very much and mostly all the time, even Upper Management and expect same from Sub Ordinates. And worse thing is No to little involvement of HR in these matters.
