Salary and job security nok ok . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Career growth is slow. After complete 2 years training company not permanent the employees.

Related to well known and good group name (TDK), On time salary, Company business domain future seems to be bright.

Unfair appraisals, Unbalanced organisation structure with non deserving employees within top of pyramid, No work life balance

Overall, Navitasys India Pvt Ltd is a company in which as an Engineer you can get Good Salary with so much Hectic Work but still so less for Skill Development. Less people talk about Skill and Logic. But most people just do Leg Pulling of Others.

Dislikes

Very Bad Work Culture. No Inter Departmental Relation at all. People Fight very much and mostly all the time, even Upper Management and expect same from Sub Ordinates. And worse thing is No to little involvement of HR in these matters.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
