They are Pathetic! They say they are million dollar company, but even a indian factory owners are better then them. You can never trust an organisation where there is an extreme politics and racism.

Dislikes

One suggestion: Have some degree of responsibility towards your employees. In a month, there was 10 attritions , reason being Covid19. Now the remaining left employees are working on a 20% deduction and also with a fear of their job being lost.

Likes

One of the worst organization I worked for. The worst part is associate manager for pharmacovigilance Bangalore branch.He doesn't have a knowledge and he will not respect other co-employees. He try to threaten the employees. He uses abused language. He want all the personal information about other employees. If the go out of the organisation, I think company will get more projects.

The worst management in the corporate.

No career growth.During interview time they told,same job profile what you are doing now but after joining they changed my department and my existing department work not here.
