...cs Technologies is itely base company and working on marine navigation projects. They are providing salary was right time.

Appraisal is very low, No job security, no career growth, you can't learning any thing, always seniors and managers are try to survive in company so they can't give any opportunity to grow. I got one year appraisal is 500 INR. No gains more pains. so many politics all managers are selfishers. They can terminate employees immediately without intimation.

On paper they have so many policies regarding values,culture,honesty but in reality nothing else and removed without any proper reason and criteria

Dislikes

No job security and not understanding management strategies for employees career path and not at reviewing and considering employees performance.

There is no future at all for who works effectively and who will be promoted to higher position,They should be eliminated within short period if get any promotions.
