Management behaviour to employee. They thought management always write whatever they are thinking. Job security is not there. They treat employees like slave. They can not utilize employees as per their skill set, because they don't know how to utilize employees to get optimal result from them. Now they are calling old employees to re-join, because most of the old people resigned and no one wants to join/re-join in this company.

Seniors are Supportive and learning curve is very high but time span for learning new things very short regarding projects

...ertime and weekend to meet Projects deadline. Upper management is not that good. They cut salary on various occasion, sometime new rules pop out to cut salaries.

Everything. Worst management ever. I being a former employee is still not paid the salary of the last month. All they say is that they are working on this. They say that they are CMMI lvl 3 company but they doesnt even have a proper management or even mindset to be called an IT company. Worst experience ever. One advice to the one reading this. No matter how much they pay, please consider other companies over this one. There are innumerable number of schemes they have in order to deduct your salary. So avoid. Consider this only if it is very essential else skip this company

No proper work environment. Management treats employee to salary cut of single penny mistake. No Proper HR policy. Policy are depend on management wishes. Management are not good as software company.
