In 34 years of my career in worked in local police station, local arms branch, special political intelligence branch, detection crime branch, anti narcotics cell, Economic Of fence Wing, Traffic branch, protection and security branch. I worked for 16 hours day. As I worked in various branches, I had a wide exposure of each and every segment of the society. Working in Protection branch, I worked as personal security officer for Chief Minister for 5 years and I have observed the intricacies of political administration in state government. While working as a police officer I was exposed to poor, middle class, rich people and political leaders and closely observed the type of life they lived. Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
