Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Nothing is disliked because companies are ready to pay you but if an employee don't upgrade and update himself and herself then we can't do about it. Navayuga is a good company.

I am currently working with this company for 2+ years. Technology wise it is okay as mostly JAVA is used. Friendly colleagues and job security is there. Easily communicable team.

Dislikes

Worst salary package and no hike until you sit offshore. HR management is average as there is no open stage of communication between HR and Employees. Your designation will be promoted but work would be the same.
