Mainly working over here you will have a good job security for technical candidates but your career development wont work out. The company doesn't provide compensation and benefits for the worthful candidates. Appraisals are completely Poor overhere.

...f, ancient equipment, immoral, unethical & worst work culture ever encountered. They dont even care to pay employees on time. The only purpose is about saving money to company and make more profit to its owner, even if it costs quality, safety, welfare or reputation of workers.

Its literally a slavery and on top of it they dont care to pay whats rightfully mine. Extremely unprofessional, shameless organization.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good to explore your knowledge and if are an oppuortunist you can explore in multiple field like for in mechanical I worked at workshop, Bridge launchers, Rig machines, cranes and plants.... Enjoy working slots in various projects. The best part of the company is that it accept innovative technology ....

... working as Senior Engineer Mechanical and resigned myself in the same post. ... And one of the worst case is that the salary that u draw in north eastern states will get 75% decreases when you are transfered to rest of the states . ......
