Naukri has one of the best work cultures out there. You have a job security of 'sarkari' naukri with the benefits of a private company. It has got good people and you get the opportunity to interact within different teams. There is a good diversity mix and the company in itself provides adequate facilities such as a good cafeteria, transport service, recreational area etc.

Dislikes

The work culture comes at a price and that is salary and benefits. If you are not in good books of your manager, salary hikes will be jokes. No direct communication with HR as it is completely manager-driven organization.

...h. The branch offices has no facility and employees are left to do on their own. appraisals are below average even the compensation is below the standard and its hard for the employee to survive on this salary

...value your effort rather they want all their sales target get achieved by you Below average compensation the only focus they have is on the incentive and not the fixed component

Good with salary package if you are a fresher and the salary comes on time including incentives as well. Compared to other sale process it is somewhat easier.

Dislikes

The work culture is very frustrating and can go toxic as well, the shift starts at 9:30am but the log out time can go to 9:00pm as well which can happen thrice a week as it is very normal to managers. It's 6 days working but at multiple ocassions you have to work on Sunday depending how your target is going as well as keeping in mind about the team timing. Work life balance is literally not considered over here as managers themselves do not logout before 8-9pm, there will be no scope to growth in the coming future as even tho you are doing great with your you still have to stay to help out the team everyday, when will other people have time to upskill themselves, if you want to dedicate your life to telecalling prolly this is the best place.

Being an MNCs the kind of work load here is a little different but the way managers are and environment is way better then others as per my experience

So much of politics. Dictatorship of managers. After performing well you can't make them happy. Because they get happy after demeaning you everytime you make mistake or your ask for help. manoj sah is manager of tech ops. That man should first learn manager's basic skills. He needs personality development. Keeps torturing teammates and ruining their mental peace.. many people left because of him and daily torture led to depression, anxiety and worthless life. Management should check if someone left because of toxic environment. If you want peace in your life switch or go somewhere where you work with professionals not like anyone who has skills but no proffesionalism. Or if you want just salary all the best.. else if these things improved it would be better place to work not only getting certified of great place to work makes you perfect.
