People at higher level are highly communal in my team and also have no legitimate skills to be at higher level. They will even force you to get indulge into nonsense extra activities like playing bollywood quizzes and dancing on Bollywood songs etc which hardly holds any logic. Manager is biased towards senior employees within team as far as granting leaves is concerned

Great place to work, where your hard work is appreciated and recognized. RBS also pay attention on employees upskilling and reskilling allowing employee to learn new concept. Learning and Development Team of RBS groom all employees with leadership skill and enabling them to determined to lead along with manager support.

Compensation is decent however growth in bank is slow.

The work environment, including the helpful colleagues is most attractive feature about Royal Bank of Scotland. The working group is mostly dominated by the youth which makes it better place to work.

The management and the pay factor. Probably, it is the lowest in the market, especially, if you consider the brand name attached to it. You are paid nothing.

Best company to start your career. Show absolute respect to employee. Appreciate their hardwork. Seniors are so supportive and don't hesitate sharing knowledge about anything and everything. They will help you to all extend. Best company I have ever worked. Loved every moment of it.
