1. The beauty of this company is the employer is given salary on the day they are promised. 2. The company is very strict on employee's punctuality.

1.Salary provide is in hand & there is no documents ( no offer latter, no appointment latter, no ID card,no Bank statement)provided to the employes. 2. No benefits to be provided from employer. 3.Male & Female discrimination.

...d class company , did not provide your offer letter , work experience letter ... No salary slip... No promotion... 11 hours of Working time .. Naturoveda is a Muslim company .. so they do racism

It has job security and there is scope of developing your skills.

Work pressure is very high in compare to salary which they provide and there is no yearly growth in salary.They believe in giving arrears which i disapprove. There is no medical or casual leave.

Well, for me there are so many. 1. Lack of proper clarity from the upper part of administration. 2. Not following a certain protocol.. Was part of the CCE and each one had different views, approach and things which, to be very honest is tarnishing the company image. 3. Some purely nonsensical seniors who doesn’t even know there jobs properly - but keeps poling their nose unnecessarily on others. 4. Too much aggressive marketing strategies - but bereft of following people's true needs. 5. Too much discrimination between seniors and juniors. Overall, I'm not going to recommend anyone if he/she seeks career advancement.

I personally like the employees who works there are so honest and gentlemen. I Learn lot of things there that helps me today as well

Dislikes

I Personally not liked the working hours of the company and the holidays that required are not given, even in 15th Aug and 26th day of jan are full working day.
