Good for freshers who’re willing to get an starting exposure of tourism industry

- Terrible Payouts - No long term skill developments , you’ll be restricted to learning & selling or operating only one destination which has no real time value outside the organisation - Learning stops after a year - No long time growth - Manipulative management along with owner Sandip Raha also there’s a lot of politics at the time of appraisals… - No clean incentive structure - Your managers will eat out your incentives *If you’re an experienced professional avoid this company *

It was the worst company I worked with. Female employees are very much unsafe there. Own of the company Mr. Sandip Raha is the worst person. He himself is the person for whom no female employees could work safely there and for that I left that company.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
