Company is led by young people which is very good, everyone here is enthusiastic. No politics involved. Complete work life balance.

Appraisals are on time but not satisfactory. Growth is very slow. Product innovation is missing. Scheduling and planing is micromanaged which delays the process.

Nature's Miracle LLP is a pilot project of Dharampal Premchand / Dharampal Satyapal group into Agricultural sector, i.e. Hydroponics ( Soil-less agriculture). This is the first company to commercially produce hydroponically grown exotic fruits and vegetables in a glass house using Dutch technology and bring into the market as a Nature's Miracle product available at various stores like Le Marche, Big bazaar, food all, big basket etc. . The whole team working here is young, energetic and with fresh ideas. There is a huge scope of learning for a person who has knowledge in the field or is passionate about agriculture and crop management. Work life balance is good and based on the season work timings change.

The major con i personally feel is salary.
