Poor appraisal, no opportunity to learn, KRA keeps changing even departments keeps changing here, no annual performance review happen here, favouritism and nepotism, lot of workload, I am AM Supplier Quality here and I am doing all activities myself, no resources is given to me even after requesting many time.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supported and tha management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.

Unprofessionalism and traditional work culture. Sir and Madam culture. Zero opportunity of having role ownership and it's related decision. Lack of KRA based working model hence no role clarity. No appraisal system and no clearly defined growthpath at different levels. In the name of employee benefits learning and development company doesn't spend anything. They give u company sim but don't give handset along.
